How We Started…
NIAM group was established in 2002 with the amalgamation of experts from Academia and Industry having diversified business interests in education, training and development, agro-chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc. Close interaction with the industry had enabled NIAM team to visualize the quality and calibre of future human resource required by the industries striving to excel in globally competitive environment. Having understood the need to redefine and redesign the contemporary education system, NIAM was founded in year 2002, by the three visionaries, Mr. Rahul Bishnoi, a Chartered Accountant and an industrialist, Dr. Rajiv Mehta, Chairman & Managing Director, a strategist & entrepreneur.
The growth of the organisation lead to an amalgamation of proficient Academicians, Technocrats, Financial experts and other professionals from various fields with proven credentials and rich experience with a clear and concise:

Where We Are Now….
NIAM diversified into skilling in the year 2013 after gaining experience in Professional Education for a decade. Initially provided training under ITDC and PMKVY schemes. But eventually joined DDUGKY scheme to provide training and placement of rural youth. The project started with state of Odisha with a target to train 1261 rural poor youth. Over the period, NIAM has been allotted 8 projects across 4 states. NIAM has sound experience in managing and implementing skilling and placement programs. NIAM has head office in New Delhi and Branch Offices at Bhubaneswar, Ranchi and Shillong. NIAM has a team of 175+ well qualified and experienced resources in skill training and placement.
NIAM has residential DDU-GKY projects in three states namely Odisha, Jharkhand and Meghalaya. We had DDUGKY project in Andhra Pradesh but the same has been completed. NIAM is imparting skill training in Sewing Machine Operator, Electrician, Retail Sales Associate, BPO Voice, Hospitality and Health Care. At present we have eight residential training centers across three states with total center capacity of 1645. NIAM was awarded the best training partner in the state of Odisha for financial year 2017-18 by ORMAS (Odisha Rural Marketing and Development Society). Besides that NIAM has also participated in international event of "Kazan Skills" held in Russia during August 2019.

With its current stint in Skill Development, the Foundation is on a mission to inspire and inculcate employable skills through practical training among poor rural Indian youth and to drive socio-economic growth among them.
